@lorenzulrich I just sat down and added the discussed privileges. I would adjust the issues with the "all" collection in a separate PR. |

Test failing due to #247 but run locally with the adjustment to the dev server config. |

With this change the various buttons, d&d actions and editing of tags and collections can be controlled via privileges.
